Click on Add New Alert in the Alert section and insert its details.

You’ll be able to insert:

Alert title;
When it should alert: You’re able to define if the alert should trigger once a certain internal or billable cost is achieved;
Alert goal: Define if the target should reach a specific percentage of the budget or a fixed amount;
When to trigger: Define it should trigger when the value is reached immediately or on future projected costs.
Channel: Select where you want to be notified, via App or Email;
Who: Select who should receive the alert;
Frequency of checking: You can select to check the status every hour, 4, 12, or 24 hours.

Once the information is added, click on Add Alert to save it or CANCEL it if you want.

After adding, you’re able to edit or delete the expenses. Simply click on the pencil or trash icon, depending on what you want.
